CASA of Freestone & Limestone Counties recruits, trains, and supports community volunteers who advocate for children involved in the child welfare system because of abuse or neglect.
Appointed by the court, our volunteers get to know each child, listen to their needs, and gather information from the people involved in their life. They provide independent recommendations to help the court make informed decisions about the child’s safety, well-being, and future.
Advocacy that goes beyond the courtroom.

Volunteers spend time with children, build trust, and learn what matters to them.
Speak Up
Volunteers communicate with families, caregivers, teachers, and service providers to help keep each child’s needs and voice at the center of the case.
Support Stability
Volunteers advocate for services, meaningful connections, and a safe, stable, permanent home.
